A warranty is valid only when explicitly offered in writing in the accepted quotation, invoice or work order.
Any warranty may depend on the defined treatment area, substrate condition, preparation, product system, workmanship, maintenance and site exposure.
Structural movement, plumbing failures, third-party alterations, physical damage, lack of maintenance, new leakage sources and conditions outside the agreed scope may be excluded where stated in the project document.
This website does not promise a fixed warranty period or guaranteed leak-free result for every service.
